While you are chatting

- Hold personal details back at first: your home address, workplace, full name, and anything financial can wait.
- Never send money, gift cards, or banking info. No story is worth it, and this is the single most common scam.
- Use private photo albums for anything sensitive. You choose exactly who gets access, and you can revoke it anytime.
When you meet up
- Meet in a public, busy place the first few times. Coffee, a bar, somewhere with people around.
- Tell a friend where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to be back. Share your live location with them.
- Arrange your own way there and home. Skip the home pickup or drop-off early on.

You do not need proof and you do not need to be sure. Shake your phone or tap report, and a real person on our team will review it. Block the person too, it is instant and they are never told. If you are ever in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
