USER_CONTENT_LICENSE
- • Ownership: You retain full ownership of your content.
- • Public Content License: By posting content to public profile areas (Profile Photos, Bios, Display Names), you grant LezFindr a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce this content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and marketing the Service (e.g., App Store screenshots, advertisements).
- • Private Content Protection: This license explicitly EXCLUDES private communications, direct messages, and content uploaded to private/locked galleries. We claim no marketing rights to your private data.
- • Termination: This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for promotional materials (like screenshots) already in circulation.

- • LezFindr Flutter app & algorithms owned by Utopian Creations LLC
- • Proprietary tech-noir design system protected
- • Sparks system and features are trademarked
- • No reverse engineering or content distribution permitted

PREMIUM_SUBSCRIPTION_PROTOCOLS
- ▸ LezFindr Premium: Subscription tiers may offer ad-free browsing, incognito mode, and other enhanced features.
- ▸ Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- ▸ Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- ▸ Account Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- ▸ Cancellations: Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
- ▸ Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) in accordance with their respective refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
