Our Commitment
LezFindr, developed and operated by Utopian Creations LLC, is an adults-only (18+) dating and social networking platform for the LGBTQIA+ community. We are unequivocally committed to the safety and protection of children.
LezFindr maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or activity on our platform that sexualizes, endangers, exploits, or harms minors in any way.
All users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We enforce this through our mandatory age-gate and identity verification process, which includes a real-time liveness check before a user can interact with the community.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
LezFindr expressly prohibits the following on our platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to the appropriate authorities:
- ✕Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any imagery, video, or content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
- ✕Child grooming: Befriending or soliciting minors for the purpose of sexual contact, exploitation, or exchanging sexual imagery.
- ✕Sexualization of minors: Any content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children or portrays children in a manner that could result in their sexual exploitation.
- ✕Sextortion: Threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged access to a child's intimate images.
- ✕Child trafficking: Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating the trafficking of a child for commercial sexual exploitation or any other purpose.
- ✕Predatory behavior: Any inappropriate interaction targeted at a child, including but not limited to unwanted contact, manipulation, or coercion.

In-App Reporting Mechanism
LezFindr provides a built-in reporting mechanism that allows users to flag suspicious profiles, messages, or content directly within the app:
- ▶Profile Reporting: Tap the report button on any user's profile to flag it for review. Report categories include “Underage User,” “Inappropriate Content,” and “Illegal Activity.”
- ▶Chat Reporting: Report concerning messages or media shared within any conversation thread.
- ▶Priority Review: All reports involving potential child safety concerns are escalated to our trust and safety team for immediate priority review.
- ▶Blocking: Users can immediately block any other user at any time, preventing all further contact.
NCMEC Reporting & Law Enforcement Cooperation
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform, LezFindr will take the following actions in accordance with applicable laws:
1. Immediately remove or disable access to the material.
2. Preserve all associated data and evidence.
3. File a report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline (www.missingkids.org), as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
4. Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
5. Permanently ban the offending user account with no possibility of appeal.
Legal Compliance
LezFindr, operated by Utopian Creations LLC, complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- ▸ 18 U.S.C. § 2258A — Mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC
- ▸ Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- ▸ PROTECT Act (Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to end the Exploitation of Children Today)
- ▸ Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy
- ▸ All applicable U.S. federal and state child protection statutes
- ▸ Applicable international child safety laws in jurisdictions where LezFindr operates
